My Story

 

 I am a licensed Psychologist (PSY 27580) in Santa Monica, California, here to guide you through life’s most complex and difficult matters.

After many years of work in Psychology, I have reached a point where I see patterns and common psychological issues. I finally honed the practice in such a way that I find works beautifully for most people. I focus on Buddhist Psychology theory, mixed with evidence-based practice of Cognitive-Behavioral methods, which combine to provide you with a more conscious, focused, healthier mindset. You will learn who you are, how your brain is wired. I also provide Custom Guided Meditations. After meeting with me in person or online for a consultation, I decide what your specific needs are and make a meditation that is tailored for you. These meditations provide exclusive content for you specifically, crafted with care, into an audio that you can listen to anytime. 

 

Since 2011, I have provided specialized therapeutic services to those dealing with challenging life experiences, anxiety, eating disorders, depression, and obsessive thought patterns. In addition, I like to address health, fitness and life coaching, if the need arises. I tailor the sessions to meet the needs of the individual using an eclectic, holistic style. The patients well-being is my number one priority. I care deeply and I go above and beyond to help them through all their obstacles.

What is Guided Imagery?

Guided Imagery is a gentle way to deeply relax and safely access your subconscious mind. Our brains register brain wave activity in Alpha, Beta, Theta, Delta and Gamma. Theta is a state of half wake/half sleep and is simply accessed through deep relaxation.  The meditations also use binaural beats which help to balance the lobes of the right and left brain.
